May 2017 will be a great month to put pen to paper, tap into your intuition, and map out ways to turn ideas into action. It will be helpful to spend time journaling in private reflection this month. You will also want to lay the groundwork for any new ideas and projects in order to bring them into the world. Remember that you already have the answers within you. Connect to your inner self – perhaps through meditation or even Tarot!
Watch the Tarot card forecast to discover exactly what’s coming up in May 2017 and how to make the most of the month ahead.
Hi, I’m Brigit, founder of Biddy Tarot, the online learning community for people who love to read Tarot and who want to live an inspired and intuitive life.
I’m here today with the monthly Tarot forecast for May 2017. We’re going to look at the blessings, the challenges and the recommended actions for the month ahead. Let’s get straight into it.
Our blessing for this month is the Queen of Cups reversed. Now for me, reversals are often about directing the attention or the energy of that card within you. With the Queen of Cups, it’s very much about exploring your own personal emotions and expressing them privately.
What does that actually mean? Well, this might be a great month to devote some time to journaling and writing down what you’re experiencing on an emotional level.
Before you go to bed, you might think about your day. Just kind of check in with your emotions and go, “Okay, how am I feeling today?”
Maybe you’re feeling angry or frustrated. Great. Just write it down in your journal. “I’m feeling angry and frustrated because this thing happened,” and just write it down and just observe how your emotions change as you write in your journal.
Maybe you even start your day with some journaling and it might be more about here’s how I want to feel today. I want to feel inspired. Then you start writing about what does inspired feel like. That’s a great way of really connecting with the energy of this card and truly making it your blessing and opportunity for the month of May.
What are our challenges this month? Well, we have the Ace of Swords. This is a pretty positive card, so my feeling is that your challenges this month may not be too challenging.
But, here’s the deal, with the Ace of Wands it’s kind of like that idea, that sort of flash like, “Yes, this is what I want to do. I’ve got this new thing that I can do.”
Maybe if you’re running a business, you go “Right, I want to launch this product,” or maybe in your career you might think, “Oh, I want to start this new line of business for my company.” Maybe even in your family you think, “Right, we’re going to do this new family practice. We’re going to have family meetings every Monday.”
The Aces are very much about the potential or the seed of something that is about to grow. The challenge here might be about how do you take that idea and turn it into action.
If it is the Monday night family meeting, how do you make sure that you turn up every single Monday evening and you do the family meeting? How do you get that commitment and that follow through. If you’re doing in your business and you think, “I want to launch this product,” well, what’s the plan going to be? How are you going to make sure that plan gets implemented and so on?
As a challenge it might be a little bit more difficult than normal, but your goal is to turn that idea into something real.
Finally, our recommendation for this month is in the High Priestess. She’s popped up a few times this year already. Her message is one of connecting with your intuition even more. You might want to continue working through some intuitive development exercises.
Journaling is such a great way of connecting with your intuition. You might use meditation, guided visualization, you might take an intuitive development course or you might even start to use your Tarot cards even more and even learn how to read Tarot intuitively. I know a great place to do that; it’s at BiddyTarot.com.
In all seriousness though, with the High Priestess as your recommended action, make sure you’re listening to hear. There’s a lot going on around you, but I want you to listen to hear because that is where all of the answers truly, truly lie.
And you might have to go a little bit deeper than normal and go behind that veil that she’s sitting in front of, but once you go deep, deep and down and behind that veil, you discover the truth of who you really are and what you’re here in this world to do.
I hope you have an absolutely wonderful month ahead.
