My favorite aspects of the Biddy Tarot Certification Program are the philosophy of Tarot presented and taught in it, and the ease of use of the course. The philosophy of being a Tarot Advisor in this program is in tune with the way I read Tarot. I’m an intuitive reader, and I love asking open-ended questions when I sit down with a querent or read for myself.
I’ve never used Tarot as a future prediction tool, and I enjoy the deeper nature of the inquiry that becomes possible when this aspect is left open, honoring the free will and autonomy of the querent. The intuitive approach opens up the possibility of a deeper, soul-resonant connection between the Tarot, the advisor, and the querent, a connection that is such a pleasure to be part of.
The course itself is so accessible, and I appreciate that it can all be done electronically (though the option to print the workbook and write in it physically is also offered). Students can choose the time and place that works best for them individually, which I found extremely helpful since my schedule changes each week. I printed out the workbooks as well, and found that writing in them helped me focus. Plus, the print option came in handy when my internet connection was spotty.
I very much enjoyed the camaraderie of the Biddy Tarot Community and found some lifelong friends among readers in a group that was originally formed when I was searching for a study buddy. Everyone there was encouraging, kind, supportive, and informative.
During the course, each student completes practice readings in the Community in exchange for feedback, and I found that feedback invaluable as I refined my way of reading and interacting with querents. Even though I was already a Tarot Reader before joining the course, this community feature gave me the opportunity to develop my online Tarot reading skills until I felt 100% confident reading virtually.
I learned so much, from the deep dive into the card meanings to practical ways to use Tarot, focus, and intuition for both my own benefit and that of my querents. I love this course, and I think anyone could receive tremendous value from it.
My next step is to launch my website and move toward reading Tarot as one of my main forms of work. The confidence I feel after receiving my certification is helping me accomplish this!
